A suspended tenant keeps its data and its Chatwoot; the AI and every CRM automation stop until it is resumed.
Open a tenant
Creates the Chatwoot account, the owner (as administrator), the AI bot, the labels and conversation attributes of the template, the CRM webhook and lead card (selling tenants), and the CRM rows. The owner gets a "set your password" e-mail. WhatsApp numbers the owner connects later are put on the tenant's pipeline and given the AI bot automatically.
Recent openings
Steps done are green. A failed opening resumes from the failed step — nothing is created twice.
AI cost by tenant
Every model call is recorded with its tenant; cost uses the price table (USD). Days are UTC.
Model prices
USD per million tokens. A model name matches the longest prefix. Changing a price re-prices history too (usage is stored as tokens).
